Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

Welcome to the SHAC! No matter how many SUP hours you have under your belt, we can offer you the right session at Buckland Park Lake.

If you just want time on the water then book a SUP Lagoon Only Session or if you want access to the big lake, then go for a Freeride Session. Please note we do ask that all unaccompanied paddlers on the big lake can prove that they can self-rescue and assist other paddlers in difficulties – if you are unsure then please book our Introduction to SUP course or a SUP Refresher first. 

We also offer courses to improve your SUP skills – a SUP Refresher if you are a little rusty or choose a SUP 1 to 1 for a more tailored approach for one or two people.  Contact us for a wealth of advice on buying SUP boards and equipment.  Alternatively, book a Family and Friends Group session, or for young people: our Junior SUP Club 6 week course (8 to 16s) or a Wet and Wild Adventure Day (6-12s).  And for those who need some chill and balance into their lives, why not book a SUP Yoga session?
