Here at the SHAC, we are passionate about wellbeing & living life to the full by thriving & not just surviving. We believe that spending time in nature plays an important role in helping to maintain mental health and promote both physical & emotional wellbeing. With this in mind our Wellbeing programme puts an emphasis on stepping out of daily routine, taking the time to breathe & focus solely on what we are doing in a supportive, outdoor environment in the company of like-minded individuals.
