River Safari in Central Guildford
The SHAC River Safari in central Guildford begins & ends at the canal-side National Trust site Dapdune Wharf. The trip is a guided paddle giving you the chance to practice your skills while experiencing SUP on the river within a like-minded group of paddlers. You will get to see Guildford from a new perspective on the water & challenge your endurance in this longer paddle.
River Safari From Pyrford Lock
Take a wild paddle with the SHAC along one of the most beautiful stretches of water on The River Wey in Surrey. The duration of the River Safari is between 2 – 2.5 hours (depending on paddle speed) & takes in the spectacular sight of the ruins of The Newark Priory from the unique perspective of being on the water. The Safari begins & ends at the bridge next to The Anchor Pub in Pyrford, Surrey. We supply the necessary equipment and experienced leadership for you to enjoy a great adventure out on the river
